   well, i think the song says that the relationship between us is over and whatever dreams we used 2 see when we were in a relationship, its all over now. so, don’t dream now onwards coz if u dream, u’ll remember me and u’ll be more hurted. that’s what DON’T DREAM ITS OVER is all about

   It sounds like someone did something they weren’t supposed to, but the person singing it forgiving them. They’re saying it’s not over, and there will be a lot of “battles” between the two of them. People will try to build a wall between them – starting rumors, trying to get them to cheat, etc., but our love is stronger.

   Its basically talking about the ins and outs of love, but how strong they are in it, and how they’re liberated by it and in it.

   There’s nothing about the world coming to an end, really. I think he’s talking about, no matter the troubles of the world, we can’t be seperated or kept apart. You know, even if they disagree, even if someone tried to hurt them, etc.
